Our New Generation Crew approach ensures the employment of the most suitable seafarers. Our major commitment is to comply with the legal requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of our efforts. At present, we have a pool of over 10 000 seafarers at our disposal. All of them, from Cadets to Masters and shipboard hotel personnel (waiters, waitresses, cabin staff, etc.), know their trade very well. We provide seafarers to Polish, German, Danish and Lithuanian companies – all of them are highly credible organisations offering good working conditions and good wages.
