     Seamar Ukraine Ltd. is a branch office operated on behalf of Seamar s.c. (Gdynia, Poland). Established in 2019, it is dedicated to provide to Seamar’s clients highly qualified ship personnel in compliance with the appropriate national and international Regulations and Standards.

   Our main line of activity is the selection and recruitment of Masters, Officers and Ratings, shipboard Hotel Personnel (waiters, waitresses, cabin staff, etc.) for most vessel types. Our experienced Team make use stringent assessment procedures to ensure the recommended seafarers’ professional competence and skills, attitude to work and duties, personality features, English language command and ability to work along with a multinational crew. As a rule, we check the references with the seafarers’ previous employers and crewing agents.

   Owing to our agreements with Maritime Academies of Kherson, Odesa and Kyiv, we offer pre-employment, shipowner-oriented training for the prospective crew members and we also support of the educators’ cadet training programmes.

 We grant the required assistance to Crew members concerning the Flag State documents arrangements; visas/tickets; medical and drug examination.

 We provide full assistance to the seafarers with respect of their documents, so that may be ready for their next employment in a short time.

Trainings & Sections

 While the seamen of our recommendation are getting ready to start their first employment with Seamar’s Principals and when they are ‘inactive’ between their previous and next contract periods, we address a wide range of specialist courses to them, ones compliant with the SOLAS, Code of Safe Working Practices and IMO guidelines.
